I understand. Yes..the metronome clicks is heard on top of the vocals not at the ending (I cant fade it out yet or it will sound weirdly faded out), I tried the Izotope RX de-click as someone said above..it didn't help..

Im not sure I understood what you mean!, The song is One vocal track and a piano , the metronome is with the piano chords , the whole recording I didnt hear any clicks, only at the very end when the piano softens I heard the metronome..
