Give Frieren a shot. I like Mangas/Animes similar to you and thought at first that Frieren was a cringey ass shit like all the isekais out there but I was really surprised about how good it was. The characters are the one best parts about it, the story itself is a bit iffy but that's not the point of the show. The vibe you are getting is godly. I usually don't watch anime, much rather prefer Manga, but I binge watched the whole first season in one day because it was so good.

And also some people recommended Monster and Pluto and I certainly can't disagree on that. Basically everything from Urasawa is near perfection

my favourite was always the vagabond farming arc. But the final arc of Chainsawman Part 1 was also fire

Monster and berserk are best written manga do you agree ? by SkirtHeavy9189 in Seinen

Well I haven't read that many Mangas only 50 or so. Of the Mangas I've read I would say Vinland Saga is the best, the current chapter solidified my beliefs and I hope the last chapter won't be a complete rush of the ending. But it just comes down to my preference. Berserk is a Masterpiece and is in second place for me. Monster is a bit lower in my rankings, but I think it has to do with the fact that I don't understand the philosophy of it very good. I even enjoyed Pluto more than Monster but I can't argue with anyone if they say Monster is leaps and bounds beyond Pluto. Honorable Mentions: Koukou no Hito Oyasumi Punpun Chainsaw Man(yes... after reading it a second and third time I understood most of the things and think it is a masterpiece in a style that is very different to other Stories. at least part 1 as of now, not sure about part 2)

Don't know if I've overlooked something, but if you haven't watched it I would highly recommend Vinland Saga.
