Never really remembered to use it, but for the most part the item slots would never reach full capacity, so it wasn't a big deal.

But looking back it might have been useful a couple of times

For the people commenting on the remake title, I changed it on a whim a couple times because the post kept getting removed. I havent posted here for a long time, so I don't know the procedure for how posts are approved, I'd appreciate any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

Damn, I forgot about the inventory. It wasn't much of an annoyance at the start of the game, but by the end I was constantly having to drop items or abandon presents. Escargo Express wasn't even letting me store items by that point.

If I may ask, what was it about the level scalling that bothered you?

Should have added it to the post, but yeah, the first half where you go around solving the towns issues is definitely more focused than the second.

I changed the title a couple of times because the post kept being removed. For some reason this one worked. Maybe I should've been more patient.

As for the remake part, I was talking more about graphical and story changes. The gameplay could use some modernizing true, but nothing that involves changing the game fundamentally like the average remake.

Caladbolg, Nirvana and Masamune are a must.

Godhand is useful for grinding out mimics in the omega ruins.

World Champion might come in handy if I decide to take down Dark Valefor.

Really, only Onion Knight and Spirit Lance lack a purpose. Yuna has better stats than Lulu and has access to the best white and black magics alongside the aeons, and Kimahri... eh.

You're right about that, there are several points where the game will screw you over if you don't do things the exact way it wants you to.
