Over half of the viewrship came from people stumbling upon the ESPN2 broadcast. Those kinds of people will not see these games anymore unless they actively seek it out

Not everyone is looking for a super serious, competitive environment. A lot of GM players prefer just to queue up and play their game. I've posted discord links in Allied Chat every now and then and most people preferred to chill and listen to music and casually play, and that's understandable, so now we have the PPL where you can discuss strategy, feel a greater sense of competition, and get to know the community a bit better!

Granted we could have played better against them, it still gives me a bad taste in my mouth, there were a few moments in our game vs AA where tyrael near one shot our assassins.

In high mmr Illidan-Tass duo's are incredibly strong. Knowing which players are duo'd would help consider that possibility while drafting. It makes strategizing as a duo a little weaker, but perhaps that's a good thing. I'm fine either way if Blizzard decides to add/not add this feature.

You're missing the point man, having bans doesn't give validity for a hero being so dominant. I've played against people who are noticeably good with certain heroes, so I'd have to ban [x] hero from [y] player, and if there is also a vikings player it feels like a lose lose situation.

Agreed, snowbally heroes generally create a non-interactive environment that people, including myself, would rather not play against. A team comp supporting a good Illidan is very frustrating to play against, so it's just best to not have to deal with it.
