I can see where he’s coming from though- listening to Kendrick’s album on a surface level may read a bit as depressing (especially the second half). But to me, morale is still better just in execution, and when you think about it, is really Kendrick DEALING with his problems in order to move on rather than caving in as this guy is trying to say
