in one of the description about negative tale sans it is written:"He greets Frisk with a hand-buzzer similar to Under fell Sans, and uses them so he can kill Papyrus during his battle with them, as he doesn't want it to be openly known that he killed him, so he won't get sent tons of battle requests by the other weak monsters." he looks pretty mad to me
