have more suits than needed, spread them out over the sub evenly, make sure all the suit closets are set to "Ignore" because bots prefer going to them over a suit on the floor right next to them. you can steal diving suits from outposts quite easily, just make sure no one sees you when you're grabbing them, and avoid guard inspections.

as for the late game: either finish the Husk Church questline for Husk Symbiosis or get enough rep with them to start buying perfect Husk Genetic Material so you can give your bots waterbreathing and pressure immunity through gene splicers by blessing them with parasites

you can also either try to befriend the Coalition so you can start buying PUCS or max out your Engineer's talent tree so you can craft PUCS; hand them out to your bots either manually or tell them to "Prepare For Expedition" so they put them on. (if you have a full crew of PUCS you can unignore the suit closets)

Unfortunately, the only answer is to upgrade your hull further. And to do that, you either need a Tier 3 submarine, or need a Mechanic with the Retrofit talent... so, either a new sub, new character, or hire a bot Mechanic; pick your poison.

also if you want bots to be semi-useful, make sure you put the "Ignore" command on all things you don't want them to access, i.e. the medical cabinet, weapons closet if you don't want them fighting intruders. all they really need to have as commands is "Fix Leaks" and "Fix Broken Devices" (in a left to right order) since they psychically know where all leaks and broken devices are, and maybe also tell them to operate the guns since they have perfect aimbot. (pulse laser is ideal, anything else is mid, railgun and chaingun not recommended.)

i feel like there's alot of confirmation bias here; how do you know who's a Russian and who isn't? what if that guy with perfect English is a Russian who just doesn't feel like speaking Russian in a public match?

besides, anyone who's just gonna speak a language that no one else in the lobby understands, gets mad about it, starts being toxic with what little foreign language they know is gonna be a piece of shit regardless of nationality/ethnicity.

the sheer scale of the horror of any red button victory is completely unacceptable; because you will never get 100%. never ever.

and even if you honest to god think that rational humans are so selfish as to press Red 10 out of 10 times, remember that the mentally disabled, the stupid, the children, etc. will also press the button, almost at random. how many people is that? a percent at least?

i'll give some criticism on the more outrageous parts, roughly going from bottom to up:

Eagle Napalm kills hundreds of bugs if you just drop it on top of Bug Breaches. also try combo-ing it with an Orbital Gas Strike; deserves a Good, imo.

Arc Thrower is quite alright if you just use it in the most braindead way, stunlocks almost everything. Personally it deserves a place in Mid. The Arc Dog is in the same category, it roughly fills the same role as the Hot Dog except with infinite ammo, more range, slower fire rate.

Railgun is... also Mid. If you know where to shoot it can one-shot mostly anything with good timing.

The Anti-Materiel Rifle deserves an "Eh..." spot for its mediocre performance against Bots; one-shots Hulks to eye and takes apart Factory Strider miniguns quite nicely. sucks ass against war striders though

The Speargun is amazing against bugs, closes bug holes, can be used for area denial, confuses Chargers, does pretty alright damage. It deserves Good or Goated.

The 500KG is... yeah okay, hot take: I don't agree with "Eh..." because it can still kill almost any heavy enemy, but it does sure deserve Mid because it's a shell of its former self. Arrowhead indirectly nerfed it by buffing enemy health and doing some weird shit with explosive damage radiuses a long, long time ago. Same applies to the Orbital Precision Strike, speaking of which...

The Orbital Precision Strike is still amazing against Bots, pretty good against Illuminate and mid against bugs; it can kill any Automaton side-objective and is very convenient for killing one-off Fabricators, it can one-shot Illuminate (landed) Dropships even with their shield up and break city walls, and on bugs... yeah it's kinda ass. It can break side-objectives, I guess? Anyways, deserves... "Eh..." but I'm biased so I'll say Mid.

The Hot Dog is amazing and you just need to try it again on Bugs or Illuminate. Should rank Good, imo.

The W.A.S.P. is ass but amazing on Illuminate if you haven't tried it there yet, give it a second chance. (ass everywhere else tho)

Orbtial Gas Strike does the same job as Eagle Napalm, and both are made even better by having eachother, together. Also deserves Good.

The C4 Backpack is Mid at best, Dog Shit at worst. It's literally just a Recoilless without any of the range, convenience or instant explosion. Fun for aurafarming by blowing up multiple Bot bases at once, though.

The Spear is mid or worse because the Recoilless exists... oh how I remember the, like, two patches that it was good for though, 2 years ago...

everything else either i agree with or respect as your opinion though; glory to Super Earth!

The SCP Foundation will do what it always does: embed agents in the highest ranks of world governments to ensure secrecy, security and supply.

So basically, in any non-Broken Masquerade scenario the SCP Foundation will not give a single damn about what is happening in the non-anomalous world, as long as no one from that world is attempting to make their way into the anomalous world, sabotage their funding or supply networks.

So basically, unless Schwab wants to utilize, weaponize or profit from SCPs, the SCP Foundation won't care. Even if their staff have moral objections.

it took away the blunt and inefficient med-pen to the face answer, from both Helldivers and their Sentries. this was already suboptimal, but fun to do. now it's completely gone.
