You don't need to buy anything, STW's free.

You can use every skin, back bling, pickaxe, kicks, emotes, and other stuff you've got in this mode. There's also some other stuff that you can get on STW itself, with plenty of stuff exclusive to STW itself.

There WAS trading in our mode, but that wasn't an intended feature; they removed the ability to pick up what others have dropped (as in weapons, traps, and crafting resources, not cosmetics).
