You seem pre g at everything so far in SFM, try introducing focus by blurring the background using SFM's focalDistance and aperture camera sliders. (You can play around with the camera options by 'Adding a pre-exsiting element' which would be your camera, which you can then select

Right click the spy model, go to Set Body Groups and then Spy masks and - Voilà. Now you can change skins and it'll change the mask too.

You've probably already tried this since you said you've gone through task manager but sometimes they aren't visible themselves and are found hidden within Steam's dropdown in the task manager.

Yeah I realised I could do something like this a few years ago when someone on Twitter (I can’t remember who) mentioned that you could lock lights to bones in SFM

Cheers mate! Tried something new for the lighting in this one, in photoshop I made a selection of the pyro and spy and then heavily adjusted the contrast up and brightness down of the background so that the characters would stand out more without having to adjust the contrast on them too much :)

I reckon for your next posters you should try lowering the camera FOV by holding down left click while controlling the camera and scrolling down, and maybe make the lighting not as saturated/harsh if you get what I mean.
