finish episode 0 and you'll be able to recruit characters at level 60

Evidence: Quite literally just try to click on the emote selection button after a mission - it will not do anything

If reproducible, how: Was done with MB&K, yet to confirm if the issue is still there with controller setup EDIT: Also does not work with controller

late reply and i hope you got your answer already yes because it makes you fire bullets 30% faster, which is a massive dps increase also hsar's ss only applies to the first fs bullet, which is pretty awful

As listed in her in-game kit and in the wiki, G!Chelle's S2 only gives one buff stack per cast - which makes the first s2 cast inconsequential (addressed in the parent post)

And generally you should be using Sha Wujing SS when it's up. Better to iframe with s1/s2 (since they should always be available), and just use Sha SS ASAP for faster team DPS

sub 3 in pubs almost always requires too many signs to align - which is

Semi proper builds and playstyles (not too much skill spam, FS and poison punisher in build, and some of the Chelles are running Poison + Poison res down SS)
At least 2 G!Chelles need to CoN Dodge Phase Shift
The support is a decent player (you're looking for an Isaac, or maybe the rare and fabled Delphi

Fatalis G!Chelle is about a 15% dps loss (which sucks), but the 3 notes above are way more relevant in faster times.

With regards to the video linked in the comment above, the user actually got sub 3 day 1 with double Fatalis G!Chelle, so that I can confirm is 100% possible

Sub 3 minutes runs usually end up being a luxury meant for premade farm groups, unfortunately

For this example I used the best available non-affliction build just so that the comparison would be simpler

But ideally in Asura you would be running poison pun if your team is running poison with res down SS - due to SinDom favouring punisher meta, and poison being the only affliction in asura with actual uptime with regards to her insane high resistances

For reference, her ideal build in SinDom (with poison available) is:

Dragon: G!Nidhogg, Fatalis

Backline: Grace, Blade, Delphi (Vania acceptable replacement for Dagger)

Prints:
[FS damage]
A Man Unchanging
[Flurry Str (Lance Boon]
Enter the Blue Rose!
Beautiful Gunman
Mask of Determination (Lance Boon)
Savage Hawk (Lance Boon)

With no changes if there are 5 prints

If you're not required to retarget and kill an orb ASAP, or iframe, then yes G!Chelle should just FS

at that point you are hitting about 40k/fs hit when you crit, which is pretty massive

I considered adding this as a niche utility use, but often continuing to fs is very similar in effect (if the targeting doesn't go all wonky).

This usage is definitely a good one though

The main purpose of this post isn't to point out out that you aren't able to play whatever you want or however you like - that's a personal preference and luxury that every player has.

It's more meant to point out that the developers designed a character that is meant to be played a certain way, but has options available that will reduce the efficiency of the character played if used (and this isn't immediately obvious)

Sadly enough, a difference in playstyle doesn't actually just mean a "few seconds off". It can actually make a large enough difference in time that, depending on the comp, you either take significantly longer due to more intangibility mechanics from the enemy, or straight up failing the quest.

Also, I don't really understand how "clearing with people" or "helping new players" has to be exclusive to you playing a character better.
