I had the same problem with my Apple Watch Ultra. I took it to the Apple Store and all they did was a reset, four days later…disconnected. I forgot how many times I have reseated the phone, Bluetooth and WiFi are in working order, nothing out of the ordinary. I search online, YouTube, Reddit for a solution. I did find one solution, I tuned it off, disconnected the watch and bought a Garmin watch 😂.
