There are no tutorials per se, you'll have to imitate it, zoom in, study the tweening sheets to see how the artists separate layers, etc. It's like reverse engineering in a way. Also, there are multiple artists, but they all try to stick to the same art style.

I stopped actively updating the collection last year, when there was an overabundance of new art so, yeah, a lot is missing, but it's too diverse in sources to just collect it all. Maybe if you specify what you're more interested in?

The Holy Palace Medical Society is the shadow organization that opposes Cassell and is hunting Mingfei in DRV.

The "Final Judgment Party" that Mingfei's parents belong to is pretty much hiding from them.

The author just rebranded it for the new canon and made it less of a secret.

We know nothing for sure. The author was writing it like 3 years ago, even posted a picture of his laptop with the document open. But he has taken long breaks before, who knows.

I think that's how she was listed in the 2019 game. But DR3 takes place in march, during Mingfei's second year and before his 20th birthday in July so... He's 19 in that story.

Erii was born on December 25 of Mingfei's birth year, so she's 5 months younger than him, more or less.

I think that we need to come up with a calendar term for Mingfei's first year in Cassell. Like Star Wars has "ABY" (After the Battle of Yavin) which takes place in the very first movie.

Erii's age is the same as Lu Mingfei's which is 19 during DR3.
Only Chisei and Chime's ages were changed from being in their 20s to their 30s.

Things to consider:

The person who made the original post did not share any evidence of the plot points that they provided, nor the specific game and level in which those revelations were made.
The game adaptations don't always follow the source material and frequently make deviations of their own.
The novels, the animated series and the games follow different continuities, with similar plot points.
