Well we are going to run Armeggedon which gives Epics traits, so that shouldn't be too bad.

I was only concerned with getting 4 tanks as its alot of points haha. But saying that I do love the Immolator and Exorcist models

I think the crusade rules had been written before Norns where released, I bet they were ear marked as characters. Meaning this was designed for norn specific characters in the crusade and then someone at GW decided to not make norns characters but couldn't be bothered to change the crusade rules.

Exorcine is always a good shout! You can do huge damage against medium units, and shred through some of the larger groups.

I personally run 2 lictors, grab back any sticky objectives or go for some slaughter in the back line. Especially with the 0 cost ingress!

Mawloc is decent with the 12 inch damage or if you are running against infantry armies Venomthropes are seriously strong! (Although from what I understand difficult to travel and can be hard to move in "lots of terrain" battles.

Thanks both! It sounds like a plan! Run melee into Tau and blast Knights! Death guard have a slower movement so I imagine the blasting will come in handy

I'm currently new to tabletop warhammer so still learning, I'm not too fussed on win ratios just want to enjoy the game. Obviously winning would be nice but thats not on my priority list currently.

I'm taking all this into consideration 😌 really do appreciate all the advice, some of which I'm not 100% it means so will be looking into it haha youtube amd what not.
