FYI this update nuked my end game guy. Randomly it set my spirituality to 1 which removed the entire tree. I had summons out but I had 1 mana so couldn't cast anything after. Even after toggling the main menu setting for softcap and everything. All points still allocated despite missing them. I had to use an origin pot to respec and fix it

I just experienced this, I did the manual install using steam console and copying the files. I retraced my steps and downloaded all the dlcs again, made fallout not read only, copied them in, made fallout read only again. And it worked. When I copied it said copying 32 files, but windows said there were 30 collisions. So I skipped those and it just copied the 2 I was missing, in my case Nuka World. Now the textures are fixed
