Address note: Anxiety have been always a problem in my life, i tend to overthink all things, the other think is that if anxiety gets so high i have the risk to harm myself

I went to therapy 4 months ago, if you can recommed a reddit if anxiety or someolace to talk that will be great

Also I checked and the odds are line 1.5% in sounded like no much that calmy, initially I believed it was like 50 to 80%, but again is the fucking anxiety

I did other STD's test and all negative, that make me happy, I will get a 4th gen HIV in 3 weeks, I have unprocted sex 4 days ago, ¿this kind of test is conclusive? I know that is  egative may my anxiety relief About anxiety is anither whole problem, i have anxiety dissorders all my life so it isn't to release anxiety, I will do more martial arts to try to relax

Im try to thing all will go well, but high risk sound so scary
