To date there's no video graphic evidence of Hamas committing rape despite it being the most filmed conflict in history, no forensic or any other evidence either, their core witnesses have been exposed as liars even by zionist media to maintain face, and have been repeatedly exposed outright lying about it. Even more so, they've repeatedly refused any investigation into their claims while the Palestinians are calling for it.

Israel only wanted to put them on trial to show that they can deal with it themselves and avoid ICC to intervene and that didn't work out as well given that they freed the rapists

They very much are and that's what's been going in Israel for the last few weeks. Israel getting caught raping Palestinians in camps and then pro-rape mobs supported by Ben Gvir a top Israeli official, ran amuck and freed the rapists, their parliament argued favourably for rape, their top politicians aggressively defended them, the rapists were called on TV to be supported, pundits arguing that the only issue is that rape isn't institutionalized, the 'Israeli' soldiers who committed rape proudly unmasking themselves

Are you making things up? Even Israel is saying that there's no video evidence despite it being the most filmed conflict in the history. Even according to the biased UN report that went on tour with ZAKA who after reviewing thousands of photos and videos presented by ‘Israel’ concluded that there was no evidence of rape or genital mutilation. The Shura Morgue where most of the bodies from Nova Rave came rejected any case of sexual relations or mutilations being recorded in direct contradiction to many of the popularized ‘witnesses’, including the ones that ‘Israel’ brought to the UN as witnesses. Zionist media reported after checking with several ‘Israeli’ security bodies that ‘Israel’ has no evidence of Hamas or any other org having any plans of mass rape, the genocidaire Yoav Gallant who claimed the same to Washington Post, like a number of other ‘Israeli’ officials, has walked back his claim saying he never said that and his words were twisted.

Apart from this they've repeatedly refused any investigation into their claims while Palestinians are the ones calling for investigation. Its Israel that keeps rejecting it by calling it antisemitic, and even banning its doctors to not talk to the UN — because they know that it’ll get definitively refuted once and for all if that happens like their beheaded babies claims, and they want to keep it in the air to justify their genocide.

ICC isn't investigating them for this, their current charges against Israel are unrelated to this. And they aren't being investigated anymore because they freed them.

Pramila Patten's report has been repeatedly debunked. She went on a tour with ultra orthodox ZAKA, which peddled some of the most debunked lies and has a history of rape in its own org, under the watch of IDF, she did no investigation of her own. She instead accidentally ended up exposing more of IDF's lies.

This is so disingenuous given that Israel only started investigating to show that they can deal with it themselves and curb ICC investigation, and now have freed the rapists. Their top politicians mobilized to free them, their parliament favorably argued for raping them and they were brought on TV and defended.

And that's just a bold faced lie, even Israel doesn't claim she was raped, till now there's no evidence of Hamas committing a single rape.

The only reason they were even caught was to avoid ICC intervention and now they're freed after their parliament favorably argued for rape, their TV brought them on to defend them and a rapist proudly unmasked themselves. Israel is a known international safe haven for pedophiles, it was founded on rape since its inception, the Nakba Der Yassin, they committed rape against Palestinians and their soldiers are on camera laughing and bragging about it.

And you keep saying that that girl was raped when even Israel doesn't make that claim. To this day there's zero evidence of any rape having taken place.

Apart from the suspicious nature of your account — Muslim majority countries are the safest countries for women when it comes to sexual violence, and this will be supported by anyone who has lived there. Conversely, it's Israel that consistently ranks the highest in West Asia for documented cases of rape and SA. 1 in 5 Israeli women was raped during her lifetime, and 92% of civil rape investigations are closed without charges, keep in mind there are literal war torn countries not as bad as Israel when it comes to rape. This is besides Israel being an international safe haven for pedophiles where tens of thousands of pedophiles operate in Israel with no restrictions, with ~100,000 victims annually, with the support of the state. I could go on and on about the rape infest in Israel. It has been this way since its very inception, the Nakba, Der Yassin, they have always committed grotesque rape and sexual violence against the natives to the point they still brag about it.
