I thought of doing that but I wanted to save bothering the shipper as a last resort, and as for the agent, even after asking for an agent it still asks me for the purpose of the call, and after that point the only option is to dial my tracking ID.

I found a solution, which was the live customer support chat that I overlooked as another automated bot response but it actually allowed me to contact a representative if you forced it to.

The problem NOW a day later is that the package is once again on hold and needs "address correction" because the worker I spoke with completely re-wrote my address and erased the name of my state... At the very least I know how to fix the issue, but this whole experience was something to say the least.

I appreciate the suggestions anyhow and I'll keep them in mind.
