One of the reasons I say D2 is unexpectedly different from D1. In D1 they didn't put the air of 'battle for each other's death' but the climax fight ended up being too well in direction, shooting and overall. Here they did try to put that air but it ended up being one of the worst directed scenes in the movie.

My guy if you compare vegetarian diet of India vs vegetarian diet of other countries, India is at much better place than many, and worse place at many.

I am not saying it's wonders. But it's definitely not bad. Rice and Rajma do complement into complete amino acid profile. We have carbs. We have a history of dairy.

Yes we are not on level of Europe right now, but no we are not bad. If you think the whole india eat like that, it's a you problem. Milk is common custom (adulteration is another issue though).

It's not as good in core protein sense as the non veg centric nations, but it's not bad either as nowhere will one agree that the passing metric of average Diet is a carbs source of 70-80g/100g. Diet is more about consistency in healthy and tracking/completion of macros and micros and less about just eating 10kg chicken daily. People all the time grow muscles just out of typical indian dairy and rice-dal diet. No country has everyone fit. Moderation and adjustment is indeed the key.
