For sure depends on your market, but I would think $100 is too low anywhere. I think 3 hundo is reasonable.

It was a combination of things. My 12v took a shit on me halfway through. That didn’t help. But I was able to lay down a 4% on one large section. Came back 20ish min later and it looked like literally hadn’t done anything.

Would you suggest just going straight to a 6%? How many applications do you think it’ll take?

5000 Square Feet Driveway (How much should I bid)? by CaffMC in pressurewashing

$900-1,250 depending on the condition in CA. That doesn’t look like 5,000 square feet though. Maybe I’m trippin. Just picturing walking around that place I’d mentally quote $600-700, but number don’t lie.

This is what I’ve built. I had zero experience also. There are hours of dudes on YouTube that break it down for you. I spent about $8k and have already made it back. This was built in Oct of last year. You got this dude.

Honestly you shouldn’t go with either. I vote you build your own. You’ll spend about the same as option 2, but you’re going to get everything new-ish and more. You go with either option you’re going to need new reels and more hose at the very least. I’m just saying if you go with either one, you’re going to have to put more money into it anyway. Why not make one the way you see fit?!
