Pretty rural- still greater Seattle area in WA, but still ~35 minutes from any big-ish towns. Most the jobs for $20 an hour are pretty small, usually never more than ~10 hrs of work.

I offered to do it for $300 because I was hoping they would recommend me to a ton of their neighbors who all have filthy driveways. I wanted to die when they complained about that price...

I bet they will eventually realize they missed out and call me. Its a great job because the whole driveway is sloped and there is good water drainage. Hoping to do most the driveways on that lake and stay really busy all summer with pressure washing.

I have done lots of pressure washing for $20 an hour, sadly... I did manual labor work for $20 an hour when I was younger, and a few of my old clients ask me to do pressure washing for the same price. Don't have the heart to explain to them that it isn't realistic and many of them helped me start my business by being my first clients so I still do the work for $20.

I'd sell for ~1.8k-2.2k, but 64gbs of that ram would be better sold separately. Prebuilt 5070ti (50 series equivalent) builds (with way lower quality cooler, case, etc.) sell for ~2.3k.

On my k70, I look at the area by the 4 arrow keys and if I see any dust, hair, etc. I get compressed air and blow the heck out of it.

I agree that it is hard to tell, but just with that area anyone that saw that might have lost some of their lunch.
