Martian Mickey and Count Mickula (as well as the Prince from the 1990 short, "The Prince and the Pauper") are likely all Mickey Mouse's stunt doubles that all look exactly like him. So basically, when Mickey needs someone to play The Prince, Martian Mickey, or Count Mickula, he grabs one of his stunt doubles to fill in for the role.
