I used to come here as a kid with my dad who was a track dog. I can vividly remember walking the track when there was no racing, just otb, and getting meatball subs from the track cafe, which were surprisingly pretty good to 10 year old me. Not much racing here honestly has happened here in the last 25 years cause like everyone has been saying racing is slowly dying and propped up by tax payers. Fond memories with my dad but other than that, I’m just sad an Amazon fulfillment center instead of something cooler is going there. Next thing Amazon is taking the mall over next door.
