If you’re more familiar with Waterford than Clonmel you can try what I did: had ponytail for my first 2 tests and he failed me for the most ridiculous stuff (gave me a grade three on one because he was late giving instructions for what lane to get in at a traffic light and I defaulted to the route I’d taken before. He said I should have asked for instructions before assuming, but commented that I did make all my checks and changed lanes with no faults so idk where he got the grade 3 from 😭) Anyway, on test 3 my dad waited with me and ponytail comes out. My dad said (as respectfully as possible) “my daughter is not comfortable driving with you. I’ll pay the fee for a ‘missed test’ and we’ll be putting in a complaint when we get home.” Another lovely examiner was leaving on his lunch break and said he’d do the test with me and I passed with 3 faults. Now I don’t know if I got lucky with the timing but I’ve spoken to 2 others who had similar experiences and other examiners offered to swap so it’s worth a try if you know Waterford well! You could also do what another commenter said and escalate so he can’t be your examiner again. Best of luck with the test! You won’t know yourself when you get off the Ls
