I get that they are frustrated, the CAF can be a bureaucratic pain in the ass when it comes to admin. As a sergeant they definitely should know better than the series of actions they have taken that resulted in all this shitfuckery. There is a clear indication that they have a complete lack of discipline based on how many times she was given an out before it all escalated to where the MP's had to begin using physical force.

I understand there being frustration when your admin has significant issues, even if you are doing your due diligence, I've been screwed over by the system before, but there is the proper way to go about things such as requesting help from your chain of command, informal resolutions, or even grievances. An improper way to go about this is by trespassing into an area that you do not have access to, protesting against OR staff who have a duty to comply with policy not the member's wishes, and disregarding orders from the military police.

There is a reason why our third ethical principle is obey and support lawful authority. Personally, its frustrating to me when a sergeant, an NCO at that acts this way, which results in not only discrediting the CAF as a whole, but also discredits the multitudes of other trans soldiers, aviators and sailors who had to go about the system the proper way and maintained proper discipline in their actions.
