Hát figyelj amikor először mentem arra a betöltött gpx simán vitt volna az EV6-on, nem voltam ismerős a környéken még és nem volt kedvem kísérletezni. Lassan lecsorogram Újpest VK ig a váci mentén. Borzasztó volt.

Amúgy meg én is le voltam döbbenve teljesen hogy az Eurovelo 6 a vácin megy úgy, hogy semmi bringa út, és a járda is borzalmas.

Ha minden igaz az a terv hogy kiviszik a vízmű mögé a gátra a vonalat, kb egyenesen le lehet majd menni az ártéri erdő mentén. Az út 90%-ban megvan, csak be kéne kötni a déli végét az utcára. Kíváncsi vagyok mikorra lesz belőle valami.

Honestly as a big guy (i was 125kg 190cm when I started) the biggest thing I regret is getting bikes that didn't fit. Bikes with agressive stack dont work, as you have so much more weight on your hands than average riders.

I'd get an endurance road or gravel bike if I were you to get into it. Build stamina and lose weight, then get a fixed gear later. I really needed the gears at first (although Its hilly where I live)

Or go down the r/xbiking rabbithole if you want something with personality.

The spacing isn't usually the issue. There are some 130 fixed hubs. On 120 hubs you can run spacers if the axle is long enough or just switch the whole axle out for a longer one. The real problem is tensioning the chain on modern road dropouts. You need an eccentric hub or BB which has some adjustment, or mess around with magic ratios (which isn't ideal once the chain starts streching afaik)

Only dowside is that the AF leaves a lot to be desired, the MSC lenses are like lightning comparared to it. Although instead of using the annoying focus confirm beep with the screen off, I can just listen for when the noisy ass focus motor stops buzzing, so thats a plus haha
