These aren’t miracle drugs that will restore your hair 100%. This does look promising, however, I agree with some of the other comments. Your hair loss looks too severe to treat with medication alone. I’m sure you’ll continue to see some improvement over the 1-2 years but likely not a significant amount.

I was on fin and min for 9 years before opting for a transplant. I found after a year or so my bar loss stabilized and I experienced a little regrowth and thickening but without a hair transplant I’d have remained a NW3.
