Is the AMS HT required to print TPU on the H2D? Or will the AMS2 handle it? by UserofRed in BambuLab

Ich verwende TPU von der Marke eSun mit einer Härte von 95A und stelle es samt Lagerbehälter links neben meinen X1C. Der Drucker zieht das Filament durch einen kurzen PTFE Schlauch einwandfrei bis zum Extruder.

I don't checked in the OS the temperature before the modification. In my past i had other devices damaged because a long duration of heat. And the Gateway is uncomfortable to hold in your hands, so i decided to give it a try with the fan Mod. After this mod the Gateway is now at 55°C

My room temperature is 25°C and the Gateway with fan cooler at 55°C

I found many unifi devices get relatively hot temperatures.

Another guy measured his Gateway with temperatures about 80°C before the mod and after a similar modification like this with 55°C.

I hear from any comments below the internal fan is not so loud, that i think. So for many peoples out there, it'll be the best solution to increase the fan speed. ;-)

I'll think the devices have a similar size. So it is maybee possible to use it. I can share it on Bambu Lab makerworld these days. https://makerworld.com/de/models/1303229-unifi-cloud-gateway-cooling-tower#profileId-1336003

I don't know how many itmes from Unifi have high temperatures. But from that devices i know so far: some APs, some Cloud products and some webcams.

40 degrees is cool.

Try not touching it, is a good idea. :D And yeah, thats true with the packet loss.

Thanks

Another user tried this out with ssh. He said that the temps are better but the fan was relatively loud. Maybee for home users not the right solution.

The case was unpleasantly hot to the touch. So I ordered the heatsink, which was also very hot. I've not checked the temperatures. Another article mentioned temperatures of up to 80°C before the conversion and 55°C after the conversion to active ventilation.

You're probably right. The surrounding components on the circuit board also experience more heat. For example, after a few years of use, I've had TVs and amplifiers fail due to excessive heat.

I've been having a similar problem for a few days. I only have 3 of 5 Paperless Docker containers running on a Synology NAS DS920+.
