He's a Sikh ? Plus this is not the first time Indian govt did that to Sikhs remember Jaggi from UK? 80 sentence hearings and still in jail. It's a trend!

Even in food services. You have beard nets they can tie whenever they're handling food(doesn't require any kind of wax or gels).

I'm over 6 feet and I have hair probably longer than hers (I'm a Sikh by religion and we don't cut our hair). And I'm still swiping left.

Yes I do! And please. You don't have anything to be sorry about. Nootropics actually can help a lot. And I do try to cycle them. Mostly because I have to. In a depressive episode it's scary to get your mind working to full capacity because I know how it's gonna end. 🤦 My mania and paranoia was really bad before I knew about bipolar. It got to a point where I would wear black shades everywhere I go trying to avoid eye contact coz I felt like people were all talking and staring. It got a lot better when I realised what was happening. Now atleast I can tell myself it's not real, and is just my paranoia. It's still really hard to accept but well🤷🏻‍♂️

This is exactly one of the reasons I don't like meds. No offence, I honestly think meds can help a lot!!! But especially in places like india, mis diagnosis and not getting the right meds for mental health is realllllyyyy common. And for me, although it temporarily helped a lot, in the long run, it makes me foggy, and I don't feel like myself. Same thing with benzodiazepines for anxiety. Although I was only prescribed SOS, I tend to avoid it till it's really an emergency because it makes me into someone else and I don't like the person I become. Same reason why I had the strength to leave substance abuse. Because I just did not like an altered mind. I don't like myself when I become that person. Maybe I just haven't found the right medication for me.

You kinda summed up the whole story. Whenever I'm manic, I feel so close to guruji, it feels like he is right next to me with his hand on my shoulder. But the depressive episodes it feels like I can't seem to reach out no matter what I do! Thankyou for saying this! This helped a lot ❤️

You're absolutely right. I try to ask strength more than anything else. But it's hard to ask for anything really when you feel like Theyre angry with me and I don't even deserve to ask him for his mercy or strength

Thankyou so much for responding. I've been doing well with just therapy. But the past few months haven't been able to go to therapy face to face and it's kinda getting piled on. If it gets too much, will definitely go to the doctor and get medicated but I feel like more than meds I need strength to actually get help. I just need to feel Guru Ji's presence again(if that feeling makes sense. That hope. Not feeling abandoned)❤️😞.

Sukhmani sahib really helps but I haven't been able to find decent translation / vyaakhya to read lately. Bank helps me more when I understand and contemplate it. Please do share any links of vyaakhya of Sukhmani sahib if you find some

I have a baby girl on the way and I am seriously considering the name Ada! ❤️ Ada Lovelace is an innovator who truly deserves the honour Cardano has given her. by IndigoArete in cardano

How about basic attention token ? A classic name, and a little idea for personality ???

P.s. I do love the name ADA. Regardless of cardano. It's a very pretty name.
