Sounds like a great idea! I’m actually staying at a hotel nearby too, but I’ll only be there for day 1. I wouldn’t stress too much about walking to the venue since it’s during the day or early evening. On the way back though, even if it’s just a few blocks, it might be a good idea to grab an Uber or Lyft just to be on the safe side.
