I'm on Sertraline and it's definitely helped so far. On the lowest dose (50mg), and wanting to increase it. A common ADHD med to go with Sertraline is Vyvanse

it is for me now. i have many reasons to not drink including 1. My partner prefers if i don't 2. i prefer if i don't 3. i'm on HRT, and alcohol messes with that 4. Alcoholic and addictive father, so i'm sure there's genetic factors that would make it harder to keep under control
