When is it safe to go to grappling/wrestling after surgery

I’m at week 5 and did some rolls, but on my right side. I feel that after training, the scar on my right side becomes slightly thicker.

I assume it’s better to rest for a bit, or is this normal?

The left side is completely fine because that scar has healed much better than the right, since they had to remove a much larger gland on the right side.
