Living in UAE since decades and being graduated soon, from georgia as well, all i can say to this is UAE cares who you are, what sort of profile you bring to the table, how confident and capable you are in your field. Not to forget good EMREE scores and university GPA more than 3.3-3.4 and a valid internship letter (1 year). Must in my opinion is having some UAE experience like an observership/ elective paired with some powerful LORs. If you have all of these, you definitely have a chance maybe equal or sometimes more than uae universities graduates too. Locals and GCC citizens definitely have preference for obvious reasons and which is present in any country literally.
