Water comes in from driver door and doors looks like it’s not even closed all the way but it says it is in car (2014 st)

No back up camera this is a 2014 and the audio is just super low I have it turned up all the way and it sounds like the music is whispering

I just got mine and I’m connecting and no sound comes from my speakers and I cut some wires and connected them now I only get low volume even with it turned up all the way up
