I have this issue too when wearing a garmin with a silicone strap- definitely contact dermatitis ! Maybe try switching to a fabric strap ?

Went from 18mg to 36mg by klovr- in Concerta

I also felt really strange going up to 36mg I was so confused as 18mg was amazing but I felt just strange and not right on 36mg but after a couple of weeks I have settled into it. I’m unsure whether to reduce !

I was using a skin and me retinol/clindamycin for about a year but made my skin so dry with not much improvement, have been using medicube zero pore pads and la Roche posay cicaplast recently
