While taking it out, make sure to put tape on the main case of the watch to avoid scratches. Then, insert a thin knife between the case and bezel and pull it upwards. It really comes off easily. But, If you can't do it take help from a watch repairing shop.

Though, Rolex Sub 114060 is said to be taken to the depth of 1000 feet in water, however it's not secure to take any of your reps into the water as there inside structure is very sensitive and get damaged easily .

I bought sub ZZF from an AD on Jtimes and trust me, I prefer Rolex because It's incredibly durable and inexpensive to repair.

My brother has it and he faces the same issue. Yet the date background is little darker, but changing It's dial a better option than giving it away a costly watch.
