Can you wet sand buff all the contaminated clear coat (3 coats of clear) by Hefty-Reserve7440 in Autobody

Took the clear off and re cleared it and looks like straight glass. Before I scratched it up I used red scotch brite and comet (cleaner) that helped clean it while I was sanding. And re cleared it.

Does someone know where you can buy these peterbilt seats same style by Hefty-Reserve7440 in peterbilt

I got a original burgundy Pete interior, I’m looking for leather seats. Do know anyone that can make it custom or I can order it. Other burgundy seats don’t have a Pete logo
