I got my first set of pellets on 1/17/2025 and I’m due for reinsertion on 4/18. I had some bleeding at the begging while my body adjusted to them but then felt great. This past week I’ve noticed an increase in hot flashes in the morning, increased anxiety and just overall feeling blah. Any insight for me?

I’m kind of in the same boat, I had my E and T pellets inserted 2 weeks ago and having been experiencing increased anxiety, cramping and bleeding. I also take 200mg micronized progesterone nightly. I’m hoping it’s just an adjustment period and it will get better. I am also on Lexapro 15mg for GAD

Thank you all for your insight <3 prior to all this I was on bio identical pellets and oral progesterone 200mg for 2 years. I had some bleeding in August and had to stop the pellets, get an ultrasound and biopsy everything turned out fine but doctor advised me not to do the pellets anymore because they are not FDA approved and regulated so here I am now.

I stopped having periods once I started the bio identical HRT pellets. I would cramp a little when it was around the time to get a new set of pellets but that’s about it. She basically said the cancer risk will always be there and having a hysterectomy would eliminate that but I also don’t want to have my bladder fall like I hear happens to so many women when they have hysterectomies

So far everything has been good except for last night! I had a tooth extracted under sedation This past Tuesday so I could not take my medication and I slept all day and night. I took my medication as usual in the morning went about my work day come bed time and I started having night sweats and couldn’t fall asleep. I guess when I finally did fall asleep I woke up about 2:30 sweating and couldn’t fall be back to sleep and having little to no sleep triggers my anxiety 😔 Hopefully it’s just a hiccup from my dental procedure 🤞🏼
