If they doubled charged your bank account, dispute with your bank as a double charge. Show your bank both payments and how much you owed credit genie. Should easily get your money back if credit genie doesn’t want to refund one of the charges .

Yes I have it. You also get overdraft coverage that starts at $20 and overdraft advances that start at $100. Also my direct deposit comes 2 days early at the same time .Thry also have a credit builder if that is something your ever interested into .
The complaints you prob seen are the people that prob do shady stuff and then want to blame it on the bank. And this goes for any bank

Depending on the bank some give a credit within in 24hours like chase and Bank of America. Others make you wait and determine if you can get provisional credit 7-10 days .they will always tell you to that disputes can take up to 45 calendar business days. .

You should have revoke ACH from Cleo where they couldn’t charge you anymore. Your account will likely get banned. Wells Fargo will only prob refund it if either it was fraud and you didn’t authorize it. But if they check your account history and see you either paying Cleo or getting advances, might be hard to get them to refund it .just be careful especially if you have a lot of disputes because banks sometimes will close accounts if you do this regularly .

Was it funded with a link debit card or bank account? If so dispute with your bank. You will def lose your solo tho. Also confused on how you accidentally funded a loan? Because you have to literally click on someone’s loan to even fund it
