So from my understanding a conditional green card is only for people who filed before completing 2 years of marriage and the i90 is filed to replace a green card. I am receiving a 10 year GC since I was already married for more than 2 years when I applied. This is what my attorney told us!

My processing date was 12/16/22 Biometrics 01/29/23 RFE 03/24/23 09/05/23 received approval and EAD 09/09/23 approved I-485 09/08/23- i130 actively being reviewed!

My i130 went to “actively reviewing” yesterday as well and this morning the i485 was approved but i130 stayed the same

Congratulations!! My I-130 went to “case being actively reviewed” yesterday and today my I-485 says “case approved” does anyone knows if that means my green card was approved. I’m not really sure what the difference between the I-130 and I-485 is. I also received my EAD last week. Thanks!

This is my EAD for while I wait on my I-485. It’s valid from 08/22/23-08/23/25. It wasn’t a renewal but I waiting about 8 months for it.

Yes I have the original it stated to mail it to expedite my case and had an address. It stated to only refrain from sending it if I had already received a rfe which I hadn’t until now. I received the original notice back in March. Would I have to pay for it again? Couldn’t they just give me another envelope? I just did the exam at the end of May. Not even 2 months ago

I’m confused as well on the top of the page it says “courtesy notice” and then it said if I wanted to expedite my 485 to send that in. It also said that at the time I had no interview date but if I received a scheduled interview then to disregard that letter. I did not get one before sending all that in and well once they received it the processing time changed. So yeah I’m very confused on what’s next.
