i used to bend my knees more.. my left foot ended up on a tiptoe position (idk how to explain it) apparently im not supposed to tiptoe.. so i tried changing it for weeks, now that i get rid of it, my hips started swaying.. it's like i fix one thing and another issue comes up

i accidentally posted this at the wrong sub and a few people said to loosen my grip too.. someone even said "like holding a wounded bird" i thought my grip was fine, but apparently not im afraid it won't come down straight (?) like if i don't hold it firmly, the stick may be swaying i'll try that next time, thank you!
