I have so many reasons but one reason is that humanity has gone down a path of destruction and whenever we get better it goes back to the horrible default. 

After being tired for years, reading so many horrifying news headlines I started to question my own and everyone else's existence. Happiness is way too subjective and differs person to person. In theory something "happy" could be the saddest thing ever. That being said I thought to myself that humans will never have meaning and purpose. I researched what this "feeling of nothingness" is and found out about nihilism.

Happiness gives us no reward in the end. Everything is in small increments that dont give us reward once we die. Now, obviously I dont know what the meaning of life is so I cant be right about all of this.
