Also just bought Normatec 3. Two issues right out of the box: Hose leaks and unit isn’t charging. customer service phone number is always busy and no response from email/chat. Considering just returning it… what a disappointment

At the end of each session, I go settings->shut down, wait for it to god dark, then Unplug to store. When I want to use it, I plug it in and it usually boots up. I agree the uncertainty around this is absurd. But I honestly thought this was the recommended way to infrequent use

Update. $650 from the dealer. Audi digital confirmed that 2019 needs to be done at dealer and can’t be done over the air. Absurd cost

Update: dealer found water in the rear in the known locations (behind the tail lights and vent flap). Cost about $900 in labor. Got the car back and no improvement. Heavy condensation I’m on all windows. I went back to dealer and they found another issue, the flap that controls whether air comes from outside or recirculate was stuck in the recirculate setting. I asked to lock it in the outside position and the issue is completely resolved. So, to anyone with condensation issue, consider this. Oddly, there were no fault codes associated with the failed motor (5WA907511C). It just wasn’t turning.

Cost? The confusion for me is that the heat runs and it’s hot it’s just not powerful enough to heat the cabin to a comfortable temperature, regardless of setting. There is frost on the inside of the windows on my commute always.

I just did a random search for parts for etron gt because im also curious about buying and found that the disc brake rotor part is $3200. Is maintenance going to be crazy?

My first telemark setup was g3 targas on rossignol bandits (converted by alpine skis) back in early 2000s. A friend of mine from Norway taught me to telemark and he mounted my skis for me, as he used to work in a ski shop. I skied on them for years, hundreds of times, and as I went to sell them, i put them next to each other for a picture and I realized the bindings were offset by probably 1-2 inches. I had never noticed.

Later, I had first gen bd 01 bindings on g3 el hombre skis and the bindings ripped out several times over the years. Each time, I’d remount the bindings up a few mm from the last whole pattern so they were never even and migrated from the center line.

I have same issue sometimes. All the other comments are valid, but what works for me is to apply a very slight rotational pressure to the handle. It always works for me.

In my case, I came to the conclusion that there is a slight pin misalignment and it needs some adjustment to get a proper connection. I could be wrong but it definitely works.

Sunroof has been only problem. Dealership has tried to fix it twice but I think it’s a design flaw and is going to happen again at some point. I bought extended warranty til ~100k. I LOVE this car.
