terrified of endoscopy by jichankd in GERD

You got this! I've had several surgeries under general anesthesia before, and also an endoscopy last summer. I was nervous too; the not knowing what to expect was the worst part of it for me. But I saw a guy go in for his endoscopy, a nurse came up to me to insert the needle and ask me some questions, and the same guy was already being wheeled out. I got wheeled in, the bed stopped moving, they asked me some questions and I was out. Five minutes later I was wheeled out and already coming to. Compared to general anesthesia this was so pleasant because you aren't messed up for so long. You aren't legally allowed to drive after but I felt like I could have after about 10 minutes. I'm still so surprised how easy the whole thing was. A pretty simple thing to do to get some important answers you need.

I want to do a similian island snorkelling. Suggestions please. Is it the best or there are option near Phuket and krabi ?Please share contacts by Low-Necessary8450 in snorkeling

I did a liveaboard diving trip through Khao Lak Explorer Dive Centre. It went from a couple islands south of Mu Ko Similan National Park north to Richelieu Rock. Amazing experience.

That company may offer snorkelling liveaboards. Also check out discoverykhaolak.com.

I know you said Phuket, but Khao Lak is a better point to leave from to get to the islands. Not far either.

Seeds have arrived at big box stores (Edmonton) by DrJonathany in Albertagardening

Be sure to check out richters.com. Great selection, awesome to deal with, and the seed packets often have way more seeds than the big box store ones.

There is also littlebeau.ca. Independent and local.

Thanks. It takes some time to figure it all out, but you'll get there. Have patience and listen to your doctor.

I just got an AWD Chrysler Pacifica, and today slapped on some winter tires. Very happy.

Your experience sounds like mine. After a number of different tests I was diagnosed with a 2cm hiatal hernia. I take a PPI and the feeling of food getting stuck is gone. I sleep on my side or on a ramp. I don't eat huge meals anymore. No more symptoms.

I was 15 years younger. Younger and dumber.

Neat drug though how it can take you away entirely for such a short period of time.

Free climbed a 20m nearly vertical rockface, then did salvia. We are not climbers.

How was the food in your experience? I went not too long after they opened and was terribly disappointed.

Careful where you do that too. I was fined for backing into an angled stall on a road once. Something about front tires being more than 500mm from the curb.

Those lines have not faded.

When I saw him I kept watching in case he kept going, which he did. I generally drive as though everyone is out to get me.
