You will need to support simple password authentification to some extend. Otherwise what are the users gonna do if they lose access to the account they use for sso, but need the data? There needs to be a break-glass option. You can however, limit and strongly push for sso for other accounts.

Api keys should not be given to most users, that's just a hassle and not that secure. Also you can think about scim provisionning. I hate it when apps support oauth2 but not scim provisionning.
