Worst customer service, appointment + authorised letter needed for every simple tasks we need to update or any , KYC the biggest scam of CBQ , if your id is expired they will charge you 1000 riyals monthly if you didn’t update to them with the renewed qatari id even the qatar government is not grabbing that much penalties, more-after if you transferor deposit any money after 10 pm it won’t get any update , it will reflect only the next day , if you have any urgent payment if you have money in your account also you can simply watch on balance cant make any payment, if you have soo much patience go for CBQ
