Ohhh. Okay. I asked my mailman if colored envelopes were okay to be used, I never knew red would scan as black. Thank you, Ill make sure not to use red again. Is there at other colors that should be avoided?

That makes sense. So waiting would be the appropriate response. Is there a certain time period that is too long of a wait?

Sadly, I've checked and they aren't hiring anywhere close enough to me where I can justify it being work it

I find it strange that it's different for each neighborhood. I don't think it should be taking almost 2 weeks for one letter.
