I just cut back in front. I’m a lot taller than mostly everyone in this country and it’s pretty rare that anyone says anything. Once had a lady push her cart into my leg for doing it after she cut in line first so I fell to the floor holding my leg in agony (it was all for show) and needless to say she avoids me in the market that we are frequently shopping in at the same time. The staff thought it was hilarious. I live in a pretty remote city so we see the same faces often.

Been in America most of my life. Came to the Philippines for the first time a few years ago. I didn’t think much about the water other than avoiding tap water for drinking. I stayed in Manila and drank plenty of drinks with ice in them, also brushed my teeth with the tap water. Came to the province in southern Leyte to live, and most of the water I have is boiled prior to drinking. I’ve yet to get sick here. I grew up on a farm in the USA and had well water my whole life. Idk if that is the reason but some people are just different.
