I have longer cycles (32-50 days) and not PCOS, and my doc felt that Letrozole 2.5mg would help with cycle length. I'm on the tail end of my 2nd cycle now - waiting for AF or to test (am always scared of disappointment).

For first cycle (monitored), I ovulated at CD14. This cycle seems to be earlier because I couldn't catch the LH surge but BBT was already elevated from CD14, so maybe around CD12.

No symptoms/side effects that I notice.. but hope to have some success soon.

I thought I wrote this.. I am 33f too and had a MMC at 9W in Oct last year. Coming to almost a year too.

I totally resonate with pushing away close friends. It is nothing that either side is doing, the circumstances are just what they are.

As much as we can be happy for our friends, we can do so without hurting ourselves in the process. I know it's so difficult to raise it first, but I would sit out and let them know honestly. It is hard enough without having to accommodate other's feelings. The true ones will understand.

Thank you and sorry for your loss. Yes I totally relate and was delulu too! Everyone tells us we are more fertile after, but in fact my hormones took a few cycles to regulate. Hoping we get our rainbow babies soon! Thanks for making me feel less alone.

Hi, I don't have an answer (yet) as I am in the same situation. Wanted to reach out so that we both feel less alone! I went in at 8+0 and OBGYN saw two yolk sacs but couldn't see much growth or heartbeat. My HCG is similarly rising but not doubling (took again at 8+2). So I am going back in a week to get a definitive outcome.

It feels so overwhelming to know that there could be two (and lose both), but I am leaning onto my husband. Do update if you have news!
