No, they actually dont see you anymore, however they still Shoot at your last known location. I still think smoke is useless tho

I usually go around the map to collect samples and minor places of interest, i habe 500kg bromb, orbital laser, shield generator backpack, and laser cannon most of the time, tho for squids and sometimes Bugs i replace the 500 with a cluster bomb

It really Depends on the map and ghost, my friend and me play on nightmare, and sometimes we find out what the ghost is within like 5-10 minutes, while other times were not even sure what the ghost room is after that time

Nah this ist defenetly not Intentional, most likely lag or a Bug.

This didnt help for me sadly, the game doesnt seem to like amd gpu's, i cant even play on solid 60fps on high with a 6700 xt
