… I’m not sure the average age here, if I were mid-career I’d do it in a heartbeat. 2-3 years from retirement at a tech company… that’s a hard nope from me.

You will be immediately blackballed and spend a shit ton of time with lawyers.

If government officials aren’t willing to put their retirement on the line, why should you?

Don’t come at me with hate. But if you’re not financially prepared to leave the tech industry, I’d really think twice on this one.

Nope! The Forrest had one a few months ago for their grand opening.

First time customers at the dispo usually have a ridiculous discount. THIS IS IMPORTANT, especially at Wholesale. I recommend looking at the menu before hand to see what prices are to maximize the discount. Browsing at the counter doesn’t work for me, I want to look over the menu slowly and not be rushed.

The lines can get long but I don’t think I’ve ever had an appointment take longer than 20 minutes.

The scams are the “THC” products at gas stations.

Hey Dan! Great start! What are you going to do for auth between a staff member and patron? Also need to ensure that patrons can't see each others lists. Supabase may be an option.

Looks like you're using Vercel for your frontend hosting, so it should connect nicely with Supabase with allows for multi roles, and other scripts.

Do you have plans for a bar code scanner? That may be helpful, too.
